Writers
We have at the moment 150 UK-based writers who are professionally qualified with diversified backgrounds. Due to the increasing demand of customisation we are expanding our staff of writers to 250 by the end of 2005. We only hire writers with a Masters degree and/or a PhD with minimum 5 years of writing experience. We indeed employ professional academic writers. We follow the strategy of structured order distribution system. That is, our writers are assigned orders according to their main professional domain.

Customer Support
We have 15 customer support representatives working in three shifts handling customer queries 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can ask about your order status, discuss any changes you may want to make to your order, revisions, services, prices … anything you feel like asking. You will receive a response by email within 24 hours, normally much sooner.

Quality Assurance
Once your Research Paper is written, it is forwarded to the Quality Assurance department, which checks the format and proofreads it twice before sending it to you. If any discrepancies are found, it is redirected to the original writer for corrections.
